Owner-controlled knowledge
You provide or approve the business information, rules and integrations used by your receptionist. Review and testing are part of the setup process.
Locked protections
Platform protections prohibit collecting highly sensitive credentials such as full card numbers, CVV values, passwords and authentication codes by voice and prohibit instructions requiring unlawful or deceptive conduct.
Recordings and transcripts
Recording and transcription controls depend on the configured service. Businesses remain responsible for applicable disclosure and consent requirements.
Third-party infrastructure
GenieCaller uses specialized providers for communications, hosting, artificial intelligence, payments and other infrastructure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
